has committed a crime against the people of the State of New York by Promoting, Supporting, and allowing:

York supporting the building of Apartheids within the State of New York. Apartheids that can be seen all throughout the (5)
Five Boroughs within the City of New York as well as all throughout the State of New York.

Following the attack on the World Trade Center prices
went through the roof. If the State of New York had no back-up plan to protect the people from the Opportunist that dwells
on Greed the city of New York should have had a combatant plan that would have protected the public from what we see now as
out of control increases in rent.
The past administrations has failed they don't have a clue of what to do,
nevertheless what went wrong, neither how to repair the damages, and we do.
