In 2005 our campaigning for Mayor of
the City of New York we learn a lesson, a big lesson. Equal Access is not a Constitutional Violation, is not a Campaign Finance
Violation, and is not a Board of Election Violation. So we feel we are all within our right to start campaigning early so
therefore we starting early, we are starting now appealing to you the public to join us in this mission.
We are
asking all of you to join us, and help us with campaign. Our agenda in 2005 will be the same agenda in 2008 Rent Is Too Damn
High, and there is nothing else to talk about. Since the election in 2005 more than 5 Hundred has been Evicted and or Moved
from the State of New York to some where down south. By now you should no and understand who we are, and what we are here
to do.
Cap on Rent Reduce Rent Freeze Rent
Landlords are glad our campaign in 2005 was
ignored b the millions of voters in the 5 boroughs, we are back.
Landlords are:
a. Charging Late Fees
b. Rising Rent with violations c. Evicting tenants without returning to them the interest from there Security
Deposit d. Housing Discrimination e. Harassment f. Other, Tenants Rights and Housing Laws that has been
in the books for decades
Please, do not ask us for any campaign literature because you already have it, your rent
receipt.

We are looking forward in winning this election
in 2008.
We hope the voters do not make the same mistake they did in 2005 by voting on party lines, ignoring our
young people who can not afford to live in the great City of ours because the Rent Is Too Damn High.
There is
an estimated 10 Million people in all 5 boroughs combined, and we hope to have at leases, and we hope to have at lease 8 Million
of them helping us with this campaign. All the information we took out after the 2005 Election we are putting it back because
nothing has change.
Housing Homeless Emergency Bill
Under the Housing Homeless Emergency Bill there
will be no abandon buildings anywhere in the 5 Boroughs. It will be explained if given the opportunity. New Rent Laws will
replace the Old and out Dated, and current Rent Laws.
Rent Control Board Rent Guidelines Board Rent
Stabilization Board
The Rent Control Board, Rent Guidelines Board, Rent Stabilization Board will be renamed and
will become the:
Rent Board
(This Board will handle all Renting matters)
There will be
One (1) Rent Law for everyone.
