Housing Homeless Emergency Bill to be adopted at once. ("This Bill will not allow an abandon building to exist anywhere
in the Five (5) Borough's due to the Homeless Crisis".) The current conditions has cause 200% of the problems exist,
these problems must be cured.
There is no ifs ands or buts about it.
Every elected official is involved in real-estate, and they are not going to cut off the hands that feed them. By saying

open the doors and supports APARTHIEDS, and because of that, a Rent Reduction and an 8 year or more Rent Freeze will take
place. People are being driven out of the State simply because they are Poor and...?
